1.Material
Polyester fiber: The surface is smooth and not easily blocked by dust. This filter material has a high porosity and good air permeability, and is widely used with strong chemical stability.
Glass fibre: It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and bending resistance, and can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 240 ℃, with a short-term temperature resistance of up to 300 ℃.
PPS fiber: It has excellent acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and bending resistance. The normal operating temperature can reach 170 degrees Celsius, and it can reach 190 ℃ in a short time.
Acrylic fiber: With large gaps, good breathability, and strong chemical stability, it can filter not only ambient temperature gases but also medium temperature gases (150 ℃). It is also an ideal choice for filtering materials in acidic and alkaline corrosive gas conditions.
